Property Sourcing –
Buying power enables our sourcing team to negotiate excellent discounts and
develop excellent relationships with developers.
The majority of deals we are offered are rejected
following our due diligence procedure.
Due Diligence – The
role of the property sourcing team is to
find the best deals around for our investors.
They then ensure that the properties have
genuine discounts in areas with good potential
for capital growth and with a solid rental
market. We aim to provide our clients with
many different developments with a small
number of properties in each, this minimises
competition when it comes to rentals.
Keeping you informed –
You will be sent regular email updates on
all developments but your initial conversation
with your account manager will enable you
to work together to form ideas about what
you want from your property investment.
They can then call you when they have the
right deals for you so you are at the front
of the queue.
Sales Progression –
A development coordinator will be allocated
to you for each development. They will be
at the end of the phone for any questions
you may have while the deal progresses.
Post Completion –
You will also be assisted where necessary
with flooring and furniture
Rentals – We will
source who we believe to be the best rental
and management agent for your property.
Discounts will also be negotiated on management
fees. We will liaise with these agents for
you until your property is let.
