We will obtain RICS valuations on all developments
before we offer any properties to our clients.
The valuations will typically be done
by the main 4 companies. Colleys, Connels,
Countrywide or Esurv. We will not offer you
big developments where everything is being
sold at a discount, this is not our view of
a genuine discount.
Which is the best
type of property investment for me?
Different people have different ideas about
what they want from their property investments.
Your needs can be discussed with you in order
to ascertain what you want in terms of financial
gain. Together we can tailor the property
to your needs.
Am I buying from
reputable developers?
The majority of our developments are built
by household name plc’s. We will always
research those who are not thoroughly.
How can I be confident
my investment will let?
We contact a number of local agents
for each development to get a balanced view
of the local market. If our research
suggests the lettings market in the area is
poor we don’t take the development on.
How can I find
the best mortgage?
You will be put you in touch with independent
mortgage experts who specialize in this field
before you reserve a property
to ensure you are happy with the finance.
How will I find
the time?
A development coordinator will take
all of the usual time consuming tasks out
of purchasing a property. They will
coordinate the broker, solicitor and developer
and keep you informed as to what is going
on.
