can I know I’m getting genuine discounts?
We will obtain RICS valuations on all developments
before we offer any properties to our clients.
The valuations will typically be done
by the main 4 companies. Collies, Connels,
Countrywide or Esurv. We will not offer you
big developments where everything is being
sold at a discount, this is not our view of
a genuine discount. |

Your needs can be discussed with you in order
to ascertain what you want in terms of financial
gain. Together we can tailor the property

by household name plc’s. We will always
research those who are not thoroughly. |

for each development to get a balanced view
of the local market. If our research
suggests the lettings market in the area is
poor we don’t take the development on. |

You will be put you in touch with independent

before you reserve a property
to ensure you are happy with the finance. |

will I find the time?
A development coordinator will take
all of the usual time consuming tasks out
of purchasing a property. They will
coordinate the broker, solicitor and developer
and keep you informed as to what is going
